By using the Wash Marwa apps or website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service
Wash Marwa provides laundry-related ordering, pickup, delivery, tracking, and related business features (including quotes and subscriptions where available). Service availability depends on your address being inside our delivery area and on operational capacity.
2. Orders
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details.
- Prices shown in the app apply at the time of order confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel orders outside the delivery area, for safety reasons, or in case of suspected fraud.
3. Payments
You may pay online (via Mollie) or by cash at pickup where offered. Business invoice options may apply to eligible accounts.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the apps, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. Staff accounts are for authorized employees only.
5. Ratings & feedback
Ratings and written feedback help us improve. Feedback may be reviewed by our admin team. Please keep comments factual and respectful.
6. Liability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses, force majeure, or third-party payment providers, except where required by applicable law.
