Wash Marwa (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a laundry pickup and delivery ordering service through our mobile apps and related systems. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
1. Who we are
Wash Marwa operates the customer app and staff tools used to take laundry orders, schedule pickups and deliveries, and communicate about your order.

2. Data we collect
- Identity & contact: name, phone number, email address
- Delivery details: pickup and delivery address, notes
- Business details (if applicable): company name, VAT / company ID
- Order data: selected services, schedule, order status, ratings and feedback
- Payment data: payment method and payment status. Online payments are processed by Mollie; we do not store full card numbers
- Technical data: basic server logs needed to keep the service secure and working
We do not request access to your device camera, contacts, or precise GPS location. Driver location shown in the app comes from our delivery staff systems, not from your phone’s location permission.
3. How we use your data
- To create and fulfill your laundry orders
- To contact you about pickup, delivery, or support
- To show order tracking and status in the app
- To process payments and invoices where applicable
- To improve our service based on ratings and feedback
- To prevent fraud and keep our systems secure
4. Sharing
We share personal data only when needed to run the service:
- With our staff and drivers to fulfill your order
- With Mollie for online payments
- With hosting / infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf
- When required by law
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising tracking.
5. Retention
We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
6. Your rights

7. Children
Wash Marwa is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
